Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at info@psssl.org and send your item to our physical address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. A gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return your product, mail it to our physical address.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
