As a cooperative organization, the PSSSL has policies that explain how we behave to protect privacy, children, and the environment, as well as how we provide freedom of information and equal opportunities.

Child Protection Policy
The PSSSL recognises that we have a fundamental duty of care towards all of the children we engage with, including a duty to protect them from abuse. We achieve this through compliance with child protection laws and relevant laws in Bangladesh, as well as by adherence to the 1989 United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
Environmental Policy
The PSSSL is committed to meeting international standards for managing our environmental impact. We recognize the impact of our business operations and activities on the environment. We also recognize the threat of climate change to prosperity, social justice, and quality of life. We are therefore committed to managing and minimizing our environmental impact.
